The terms that govern use of abie.com and ABIE’s software services, including the ABIE Social Media Blaster and the ABIE Syndicate publishing service.
Last updated June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at abie.com and the software services offered by ABIE, LLC (“ABIE”, “we”, “us”), including the ABIE Social Media Blaster plugin and the ABIE Syndicate publishing service (together, the “Services”). By using the website or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The ABIE Syndicate service lets a website owner automatically re-publish content from their own website to social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage. The ABIE Social Media Blaster is a WordPress plugin that connects a WordPress site to the ABIE Syndicate service: when a post is published, the plugin notifies the service, and the service posts an update to the social accounts the owner has connected.
To use the publishing Services you connect your own social-media accounts by providing the credentials each network requires (for example, a Facebook Page identifier and access token, or a LinkedIn identifier and access token). You represent that you own, or are authorized to act on behalf of, every account and page you connect. Credentials you provide are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in encrypted form on ABIE’s systems solely to operate the Services on your behalf; you may update or remove them at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your ABIE account access secure.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and only with accounts you are entitled to use. You will not use the Services to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of any connected social network. You will not attempt to disrupt the Services, access them without authorization, or use them to send spam. ABIE may suspend or limit access to protect the Services or other users.
You retain all ownership of the content you publish through the Services. You grant ABIE the limited permission necessary to transmit, format, and post that content to the destinations you have selected, on your behalf, for the purpose of providing the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.
The Services publish to third-party platforms such as Facebook (Meta) and LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you must comply with them. Those platforms control their own APIs, availability, and approval requirements, and may change or restrict them at any time. ABIE does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their decisions, outages, content moderation, or for any account action a platform takes against you.
ABIE works to keep the Services available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and posting to any network may fail for reasons outside ABIE’s control (for example, expired credentials, network policy changes, or platform downtime). The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABIE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or for content that was or was not published, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. ABIE’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid ABIE for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, one hundred U.S. dollars.
You may stop using the Services and disconnect your accounts at any time. ABIE may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, if required to protect the Services or third parties, or if a connected platform requires it. On termination, ABIE will remove stored credentials associated with your account in the ordinary course.
ABIE may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
